Dhanvallabh Charitable Trust

The Dhanvallabh Charitable Trust was established in the year 1993. The Trust provides education, health care facilities, water resources, assistance in disaster management and rehabilitation activities in Kutch. As a part of company's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), the trust manages Tulsi Vidyamandir secondary and higher secondary school, Vallabh Vidyalaya in Mundra which is a Hindi medium school, Sagar Shala in Bhader, a school and hostel in Ratanpar Khadir and a hostel at Bhachau. It completed sanitation work in Nana Bhadia village and 100 more toilets in the villages around Nana Bhadia cluster have been constructed under the Swatch Bharat Mission. The trust provided assistance in Natural Disaster Relief and Rehabilitation in Jammu & Kashmir floods, Flood Relief and Rehabilitation in Koshi River Disaster, Hospital in Apna Nagar as a part of improving healthcare facilities & establishing nursing college in Vatrak, Sabarkantha.

Student Facilities

  • All students studying in Tulsi Mandir Secondary and Higher Secondary School run by Dhanvallabh Charitable Trust are given free tuition. No fee is charged. Books, notebooks and uniforms are provided by the organization and the students are also provided with the transportation services by the school.

  • A library has been started for the students of the school. Through this students can borrow a variety of books for their own reading and learning.

  • A Modern Science Laboratory has been setup for class 9th & 10th students. The laboratory has been equipped with microscopes, various chemicals & other laboratory equipment.

  • The school has a modern computer lab with 30 computers so that all the students of Std. 9th to 12th can are well versed with information and technology education. All computers are connected to the Internet.

  • The school has a separate playground for various sports like kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Long Jump, High Jump

  • Separate coaches have been appointed by the school to guide the students of the school and the surrounding villages who are interested in joining the Indian Army, Police, Navy, Air Force.

  • The school's brightest stars who perform well in various activities during the year are felicitated by the Dhanvallabh Charitable Trust.

  • After passing Std. 12, alumni of the school are given scholarships for higher studies.

Education during Pandemic

TVM has provided standard 10 students with a 7 inch screen tablet and Top Score app with home learning facility, annual subscription and internet access. New textbooks are also provided free of cost as reference material for the students of Std-9 and 10 in view of the current pandemic. In order to continue education from home, Aarnav Gogri created this website for sharing of resources and assignments between teachers and students.
